What we supply

A diffuser has to do two opposing things: let as much light through as possible, and hide the individual LED sources behind it. Push transmission too high and you see hot spots; push diffusion too hard and you lose output.

The balance is set by three variables – the diffusion surface, the transmittance of the material, and the distance between the LED board and the diffuser wall. We set all three against your LED pitch and target output, then confirm on a prototype.

Frosted and opal diffuse by scattering and are the simplest route to hiding LED pitch. Prismatic structures diffuse and also control beam spread and glare. The right choice depends on whether you also need glare control.
There is no universal figure – it depends on LED pitch, the distance to the diffuser and your efficiency target. Send the layout and we recommend a transmittance, then confirm it on a sample.
Yes. Co-extrusion lets us run the housing and the diffuser as one profile, which removes an assembly step and a potential rattle.
