Custom LED Profiles
Extruded profiles for LED linear, strip and modular luminaires – diffusers, housings and covers designed around your LED board and optics.
What we supply
An LED profile has to satisfy three things at once: it must diffuse or shape the light, it must hold the LED board and optics in position, and it must survive the heat the board produces. Getting all three right is a section design problem, which is why LED profiles are almost always custom.
We work from your LED layout – pitch, board width, drive current and target beam – to design the section, choose between PC and PMMA, and set wall thickness and surface finish so the finished luminaire looks and measures the way you specified.
