What this application demands from the profile
Linear lighting is the application that suits extrusion best: the profile runs continuously, cost per metre stays low, and a single section can carry the diffuser, the housing and the fixing geometry at once.
It is also the application that exposes extrusion quality fastest. A section that bows or twists is obvious across a six-metre run, colour variation between batches shows as a visible band, and a badly cut length puts the joint in the wrong place.

Frequently Asked Questions
Visible joints are controlled two ways: consistent section geometry so ends match, and accurate cutting. We can also design the section so the joint falls into a shadow line.
We control colour batch to batch. For long or phased projects tell us at the start so material can be reserved and the match kept consistent.
Yes – co-extrusion runs an opaque housing zone and a diffusing zone in one section, which removes a part and an assembly step.
