Extrusion profiles developed from your drawing, sample or CAD file – engineered as a lighting component, not a general plastic section.
What we supply
A custom lighting profile is an extruded section that does a specific optical or mechanical job inside a luminaire: hiding LED pitch, shaping the beam, protecting the LED board, or closing the housing. Because the job is specific, the profile is specific – which is why most of what we run is made to a customer drawing rather than pulled from a catalogue.
Send us a dimensioned drawing, a STEP file or simply a sample piece. We review the section for extrudability, propose material and wall thickness, design the die, and produce prototypes for approval before production starts.

- Snap-in and clip features extruded into the section instead of machined afterwards
- Co-extruded opaque and clear zones in one profile
- Prismatic or embossed inner surface for diffusion without a film
- End caps, drilling, notching and length cutting to your drawing
- UV-stabilised grades for exterior and signage use
- Protective film and packed cartons to your specification
