Signage Lighting Profiles
Acrylic profiles for light boxes, channel letters and edge-lit signs – UV-stable sections that hold clarity through years of exposure.
What this application demands from the profile
Signage is the one application where UV stability is non-negotiable. A sign face that yellows or hazes is a visible failure, and it fails in public. That is why acrylic is the material for signage rather than standard polycarbonate.
The second requirement is uniformity: an illuminated face has to read evenly, which makes diffusion and light-guide geometry the design problem rather than the shape of the section.

| Materials | PMMA (acrylic) - UV-stable grades |
| Key property | Long-term clarity and resistance to yellowing |
| Surface | Opal, frosted, clear or prismatic |
| Uniformity | Diffusion tuned so the illuminated face reads evenly |
| Environment | Exterior and semi-exterior use |

Frequently Asked Questions
