We publish what we actually run. Capacity figures depend on the section, the material and the quantity, so we confirm them for your project when we quote rather than quoting a number that may not hold for your profile.

We operate our own extrusion and co-extrusion lines with in-house tooling. Rather than publish a figure that may not apply to your section, we confirm capacity for your profile and quantity when we quote.
Yes. Single-material profiles and co-extruded profiles combining two materials or two colours in one section are both regular production work.
Yes – prototypes are a standard stage. First-off sections are produced for your approval before production tooling is released for volume.
