Prismatic Diffusers for Uniform, Glare-controlled Light
Prismatic diffusers use micro-prism structures to spread light evenly while hiding the lamp or LED source behind them. We extrude them in PMMA and PC for panel and troffer lighting, with several standard widths ready for fast sampling.
Standard Widths
- 23 mm — narrow strips and accent lighting.
- 141 mm — slim panel and linear fixtures.
- 145 mm — standard panel and troffer width.
- 195 mm — wide panels for office and commercial grids.
Custom widths and prism patterns are available to match your specific panel.
Material Options
PMMA for maximum transmission and optical quality; PC for impact resistance and heat tolerance. Both are UV-stabilized and QUV-tested for anti-yellowing.
