Mini LED Light Covers for Downlights and Decorative Fixtures
Mini LED light covers are small-format diffusers that finish a downlight, spotlight, or decorative luminaire — hiding the LED chip and smoothing the beam. We extrude and thermoform these covers in PC and PMMA for lighting manufacturers who need a clean, consistent optic at a small footprint.
Material Options
- PC (polycarbonate) — heat resistance to 120–130°C and high impact strength, suited to higher-wattage spots.
- PMMA (acrylic) — up to 92% transmission, excellent surface clarity and scratch resistance for premium fixtures.
