LED Tube Covers for T5 / T8 Retrofit and Linear Tubes
LED tube covers are the clear or diffusing sleeve that encloses an LED strip inside a T5 or T8 tube. We extrude them in PC and PMMA so retrofit and linear-tube manufacturers can control beam uniformity, glare, and mechanical protection in one profile.
Optics Options
- Opal / milky — smooth, point-free light for general indoor lighting.
- Prismatic — wide, uniform distribution with reduced glare.
- Clear — maximum output for high-efficiency or protective covers.
Material Options
PC for impact resistance and heat tolerance; PMMA for the highest light transmission and optical clarity. Both are available UV-stabilized to resist yellowing over the fixture lifetime.
