Every claim on this site that can be checked, we can send you the document for. This page sets out what we hold, what each document actually covers, and the two things it does not. If your supplier approval needs a specific one, ask for it with the drawing and it goes out with the quotation.

What these documents do not cover
UL94 is a material rating, not a product rating. It is measured on a moulded specimen of a stated thickness, so a V-0 result at 1.0 mm does not carry automatically to a 1.5 mm wall, to a co-extruded section, or to a surface with a texture rolled into it. On the drawing confirmation we state the grade and the thickness the rating applies to for your section.
We do not hold our own UL listing on finished profiles, and we do not hold an EN 45545-2 certificate for railway interiors. Where a project needs one, we supply the compound data the integrator asks for, extrude the section the fire requirement calls for and support the test programme, rather than presenting a certificate that does not exist. If a formal test report is a condition of the order, say so early and we will tell you what we can and cannot do before you commit to tooling.

Optical figures
Transmission and colour coordinate targets for the material quoted, not for a brochure sample.
Inspection record
The dimensional and appearance record format used on the production batch, so the paperwork matches the goods.
Certificate copies
ISO 9001, the SGS RoHS report and the PAH statement, as PDF or scan. Tell us which ones your client needs.
Certificate photographs
Send the drawing and the compliance requirement together, and the quotation comes back against the real specification instead of being rebuilt later.
