What this application demands from the profile
LED strip is cheap and easy to buy; the profile that houses it is what makes the installation look finished. The channel has to hold the strip, hide the dots, and let the light out – and the cheaper the strip, the more the diffuser has to do.
Dot visibility is the usual problem: closely spaced LEDs at high output show through a clear cover. The fix is a combination of diffusion surface, transmittance and the distance between strip and cover.

Frequently Asked Questions
Combine the right diffusion surface with the right transmittance and enough distance between the strip and the cover. Tell us the strip pitch and output and we recommend the combination, then confirm it on a sample.
Corner and connector solutions depend on the section. Send the layout and we advise what can be extruded and what is better machined or moulded.
End caps are usually moulded rather than extruded. We can machine simple end preparation and help you source moulded caps for the section.
