PC Optical Profiles
Polycarbonate optical extrusion – prismatic and lens sections for luminaires that need beam control and impact resistance in the same part.
What we supply
Optical profiles are usually acrylic, but there is a class of luminaire where the optical part is also exposed: low-level architectural fittings, transport lighting, public-area luminaires. In those, polycarbonate is the material that survives.
We extrude PC prismatic and lens sections with the surface structure held along the length, and specify UV-stabilised grades where the profile sees daylight.
